Returns and Exchanges
We want to enusre that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at 1-800-861-8074 or by email at info@wetnosewillys.com in order to obtain an RMA number. You are responsible for shipping & handling charges associated with the return. We recommend that you use a shipper that can track your package such as FedEx or UPS.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Due to health concerns, perishable products such as food and treats are NOT returnable/exchangeable.

If there is a difference in price, your credit card on file will be charged/credited the appropriate amount.

Reporting Damaged Goods
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please call us at 1-800-861-8074 to advise us of damaged shipments.
