Product Sizing
To determine the correct size of collar for your pet, simply measure your dog's neck to the size you feel is comfortable and that is the size to purchase. All collars have size ranges in their description. You can also measure an existing collar you use, measuring from the place where the material of the collar wraps around the buckle to the hole in the collar you currently use.

Shipping Information
Most orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Returns and Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at 1-800-861-8074 or by email at info@wetnosewillys.com in order to obtain an RMA number. You are responsible for shipping & handling charges associated with the return. We recommend that you use a shipper that can track your package such as FedEx or UPS.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Due to health concerns, perishable products such as food and treats are NOT returnable/exchangeable. If there is a difference in price, your credit card on file will be charged/credited the appropriate amount.
Reporting Damaged Goods
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please call us at 1-800-861-8074 to advise us of damaged shipments.
